Simple and healthy raita made with cut cucumber pieces mixed with curd. Serve with pulav or biryani.

fresh curds (dahi)
1 cucumber, roughly chopped
2 green chillies
salt to taste
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/4 tsp sugar
2 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
Method
- First grate cucumber.
- Then make paste of chilly,mustard seed,salt.
- And garlic.add all these ingrediants in curd. finally add sugar. stir it.
