Soya Bean Ke Dahi Vade recipe - How to make Soya Bean Ke Dahi Vade

1/2 cup soyabeans
1/2 cup urad dal (split black lentils)
1/2 cup moong dal (split green gram)
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
1 tsp each of green chillies and fresh coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
oil for frying
1 cup curds (dahi)
chaat masala
1/2 cup Khajur Imli ki Chutney
Method
- Soak soya and dals overnight
- Remove skin and grind in a mixie
- Add salt ginger,green chilli,coriander to it
- Heat oil in a wok
- Spred this mix. on a wet muslin cloth
- Fry in oiltill light golden
- Soak in water
- While serving take vadas out of water press gently between palms
- Add curds chat masala and sweet chatni to it
