Grate soya granules into semilina like consistency to prepare the soy halwa and then cook it with milk, sugar, crushed nuts, elaichi powder. Serve as dessert with crushed nuts as garnish.

Soya granules 350 gms
Sugar-160 gms
Ghee-120 gms
Cashewnuts -30 gms
Raisins -20 gms
Small Cardamom -2 gms
Saffron a few strands
Warm Milk -5 ml
Water - 2 - 3 cups
Method
- Grate soya granules into a semolina - like powder. soak the saffron in warm milk and keep aside. coarsely powder the cardomom. heat 5ml ghee in a shallow pan and roast the powdered granules till light golden brown. in a separate pan, make a thin sugar syrup using sugar and water. pour this into the roased granules strring continously till they
