Soya Matter Tamater recipe - How to make Soya Matter Tamater

Ingredients


100 gms soya granules
200 gms tomatoes
60 gms onions
150 gms green peas
15 gms ghee or white butter
salt and pepper to taste
a pinch of chilli powder

Method

  1. Cut the soya leaves into small and wash and keep aside
  2. Wash every thing andcut into small peices and keep aside.
  3. Put the pressure cooker on the gas and put the ghee in it when ghee is hot enough add onions fry for a few sec.
  4. Then add every thing (dil leaves, tamater and peas.
  5. Fry for 1 min.
  6. Then add 6 cups of water and salt and pepper and red chillies according to taste.
  7. Close the pressure cooker and cook till everything is cooked.
  8. Serve hot with rotis.
