1 small packet of long spaghetti
1 tbsp oil
butter
ingredients for the sauce:
2 cups tomato puree
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
salt to taste
chilli powder
dried oregano
few peppercorns
2 large sized capsicums, diced
1 packet of mushrooms (khumbh), cut into halves
2 tbsp grated processed cheese

- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce except the cheese, cook on low flame, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
