Preparation Time: 10 MINUTES Cooking Time: 11 MINUTES Total Time:
1 cup long grained rice (basmati) or Deharadun rice
4 tbsp olive oil or salad oil
4 tbsp onion cubes
5 to 6 cloves of garlic (lehsun), grind into paste
2 tbsp capsicum cubes
2 cups tomato puree
salt, chilli powder and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
100 gms boiled carrots cubes
100 gms boiled green peas
100 gms chopped french beans
4 to 6 tbsp grated processed cheese
Method
- Wash rice and remove all water
- Heat oil and season with onion
- When onion changes it colour,
- Add garlic and rice, slowly mix it,see rice does not break
- Add tomato puree, salt,chilly pd.,pepper and enough water to cook.
- Cover the vessel with lid with water on it,if need add this water to rice.
- As rice is about to cook ,add all boiled vegetables and capsicum and mix finely or slowly.
- While serving add grated cheese.
