Special Rajma ki Subzi recipe - How to make Special Rajma ki Subzi

Makes 4 servings 4
2 cups boiled rajma (kidney beans)
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 whole dry kashmiri red chilli
3 tsp oil
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste

- Method
- Heat the oil in a kadhai,add onions, red chilli and saute on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the rajma, salt and 1 cup water and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the garam masala, mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
