Ingredients


To Be Blended Into A Paste
1 onion , chopped
2 tomatoes , roughly chopped
1 of ginger (adrak) and garlic (lehsun)
1 of each clove , cinnamon and cardamom

Other Ingredients
1 tsp oil
1 tsp chilli powder
10 to 15 mushrooms (khumbh)
salt to taste
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing

Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil, add the paste and saute on a medium flame for a few minutes.
  2. Add the salt and chilli powder, mushrooms and 1 cup of water, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
