  1. Whisk the yougurt.
  2. Chop the onion and tomato.
  3. Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the cumin seeds and stir until they begin to crackle.
  4. Add the vegetable and stir for 5 min.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  6. Return to heat and add yoghurt, coriander and half the cream.
  7. Bring to boil stir in the remaining cream and season with salt and pepper.
