Tasty and healthy chaat made with steamed spinach leaves and mixed with potatoes, green chillies and other spices.
Spinach Chat recipe - How to make Spinach Chat

6 spinach (palak) leaves, stem removed and washed
4 potatoes, boiled
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
1 tbsp Green Chutney
1 tbsp Khajur Imli ki Chutney
1 tbsp barik sev
oil for frying and salt to taste
1 cup beaten sweet curds (dahi)
Method
- Mash the potatoes add chilliginger paste salt &chat masala keep aside.
- Make a batter of besan & salt of pakoras.
- Take 1 spanach leaf spread a little potato mix.cover with another spinach leaf press tightly repeat with remainig leaves.
- Heat oil dip the spinach leaves in the batter and fry crisp pakoras.
- In the serving plate place a pakora spread a little curds green chutney imli chutney sev & coriander your chat is ready.
