Spring Onion Raita recipe - How to make Spring Onion Raita

1 bunch spring onion
1 cup curds (dahi)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Cut the spring onion into small pieces.
- Then add the ghee in a pan and just saute this spring onions for a min by adding a pinch of sugar.
- Add the spring onions to the curd along with salt and mix well.
- Chill it well and serve along with any spicy pulao or biriyani.
