2 bunches of spring onions
besan (Bengal gram flour)
salt to taste
chilli powder
turmeric powder (haldi)
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
water as required
oil
Method
- Finely cut the spring onions.
- In a pan fry the spring onions with little oil.
- After they are half cooked. add the besan,salt,red chilly powder, haldi powder & black pepper & 1/2 cup water.
- Cook untill the water gets dried & the spring onions are cooked fully.
