Stuffed with cooked and mashed dal sprouts and spices, sprout parathas simply melts in your mouth. Sprouts parantha is a nice way of using the sprouts and stuffing it in rotis or paranthas. Serve sprout paranthas as a breakfast item with white butter or curd.

Method

  1. Grind the sprouted moong well,add 1 1/2 cups of atta & all other ingrdients
  2. .make a soft dough using curds.
  3. Make paratas as usual using ghee.
  4. Very good for health due to the sprouts.
  5. Can be served with sweet pickle,or raita
