A refreshing strawberry colada is a beverage recipe which can serve as a mock tail or even a cocktail. The strawberry colada is prepared by blending together strawberry with coconut cream.

50 gms strawberries
150 ml pineapple juice
45 ml coconut cream
Method
- Cut strawberries and blend in a mixer.
- Add pineapple juice, ice cubes, coconut cream and blend till smooth.
- Take a stemmed glass and put one strawberry on the rim of the glass.
- Pour the chilled drink into the glass and serve
