Strawberry Mascarpone Parfait recipe - How to make Strawberry Mascarpone Parfait

Makes 4 serving
375 gms strawberry puree
20 gms gelatine , soaked in 3 tbsp warm water
125 gms mascarpone cheese
225 gms whipped cream
225 ml fresh cream
Method
- Method
- Gently heat strawbery puree.
- Remove from the flame when warm and stir in the soaked gelatine.
- Cream mascarpone in a bowl until smooth, and fold in whipped cream and fresh cream.
- Pour into moulds.
- Refrigerate to set, and serve chilled with ice cream and assorted berries
