Sugar Free Dessert – Fruit Shrikhand recipe - How to make Sugar Free Dessert – Fruit Shrikhand

Makes 2 servings
1 tsp saffron (kesar) strands , soaked in 2 tbsp low fat milk
1 cup low-fat hung curds (chakka dahi)
4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
2 cups chopped mixed fruits
Method
- Method
- Combine the curds, sugar, cardamom powder and saffron and milk mixture and blend in mixer till smooth.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- After that place ½ cup of mixed fruit in each serving bowl, top with ¼ cup of shrikhand and serve immediately.
- Serve chilled.
