Ingredients
Method

  1. Peel the raw potatoes (batatas) & yam (suran) & wash them properly.
  2. Grate them very finely.
  3. Mix rajagra flour, curd, ginger-chilly paste and salt into grated suran-potatoes.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadai.
  5. Fry small bhajiyas of the mixture prepared.
  6. Deep fry till golden yellow colour.
  7. Serve them hot with green chilly chutney.
