Sweet Corn Cheese Balls recipe - How to make Sweet Corn Cheese Balls

Makes 6 balls
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
2 tbsp diced green capsicum
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder powder
1 tsp dried oregano
salt to taste
1/2 cup maize flour (makai ka atta)
1/2 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
oil for deep frying
Method
- Method
- In a bowl, combine the corn, cheese, capsicum, green chillies, salt, pepper powder and oregano and mix well. Shape into six balls
- Make a batter from corn flour and rice flour,add a pinch of salt to it.
- Dip the corn cheese balls one by one and deep fry until golden brown
- Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
