Sweet Corn Fritters recipe - How to make Sweet Corn Fritters

225 gms sweet corn (makai ke dane)
75 ml milk
75 gms butter
75 gms plain flour (maida)
2 eggs
2 capsicums, chopped
oil for frying
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Tomato and celery dip
4 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp chopped celery
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp salad oil
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method
- Heat milk and butter in a pan. remove from the flame and add flour
- Puree half the sweet corn and add to the mixture. add whipped eggs, capsicum and the remaining corn. mix well.
- Deep fry a spoonful of mixture in plenty of hot oil until golden in color
- For the tomato and celery dip, combine all ingredients and mix well. season and serve along with sweet corn fritters.
