This is a sweet lime squash recipe,which is healthy and tasty. Kids will love this squash if served chilled as soon as they come from school.

Makes 2 bottles
500 ml sweet lime (mosambi) juice
1 kg sugar
500 ml water
1 tsp sodium benzoate
Method
- Method
- Take a deep pan and put water in it,when water becomes hot add sugar and stir continuously till sugar melts.
- Then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Keep aside.
- After sometime when it becomes warm add sweet lime juice and sodium benzoate and mix well.
- You can avoid preservative and keep in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 weeks.
