Another version of fruit chaat in grilled form and seasoned in tangy and spicy dressing.

Makes 4 serving
For The Dressing
1 tbsp tamarind (imli) paste
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1/2 cup apple cubes
1/2 cup pear cubes
2 sliced bananas
1 cup pineapple cubes
For Garnishing
sev for garnish
a pinch chilli powder
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
- Method
- Combine together tamarind paste, salt, chilli powder, oil, green chillies, cumin powder, coriander in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the fruits to the dressing and mix well.
- Arrange the fruits mixtures in the baking tray.
- 4Place the baking tray in the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 12-15 minutes.Once baked remove from oven.
- Arrange the grilled fruits in the wooden skewers.
- Sprinkle red chili powder and pepper.
- Garnish with sev and coriander.
- Serve immediately.
