Tangy bread Idli is prepared by making mashed potato tikkis and serving it on a base of bread cut in the shape of dals.The bread idlis are then served with chopped onion, tomatoes and Bhujia as topping.

4 pc bread cut into round
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
5 tbsp chopped coriander
2 large boiled potatoes
4 tbsp oil
1 1/2 cups milk
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
1/2 cup bhujia
mix masala (containing)
1tsp black salt
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper powder
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp cummim powder
Method
- Mash potatoes
- Add salt and pepper .make 4 round tikias
- Heat tawa put oil place tikias
- When red .dip bread in milk andplace on tikia
- Cover with utensil .keep on low fire for a min
- Place on plate.putting tikia down
- Smear ketchup on bread
- Put onion and tomatoes
- Sprinkle mix masala
- And bhujia
- Garnish with coriander
