Tangy sand is a spicy sandwich recipe with a tangy filling. The paneer, capsicum, cabbage are cooked together with tamarind pulp and pepper powder and then filled in between the buttered slices.

Preparation Time: 10 MINUTES Cooking Time: Total Time:
50 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
1 capsicum, finely chopped
2 cauliflower leaves
1 tsp chaat masala
a pinch of black pepper (kalimirch) powder
4 bread slices
1/2 tsp thick tamarind (imli) pulp
salt to taste
Method
- Shallow fry the bread from both the sides.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Sandwich the ingredients in these slices .
- Sprinkle some chaat masala on to the sand wich and roll the sandwich in a cauliflower leaf.
- Serve with hot coffee
