A glassful of vitamin c! although it is beneficial to eat whole fruit rather than a juice, this one is an exception as it provides your daily dose of vitamin c in one shot. Pomegranates are rich in fibre and potassium making this a refreshing shot of multi-vitamins. Drink-up!

Ingredients

4 small oranges , peeled and separated into segments
1 cup pomegranate
1 cup green grapes

For Serving
crushed ice

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer using little water (if required) till smooth.
  2. Strain the juice using a strainer.
  3. Place some crushed ice in each of the 4 glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
  4. Serve immediately.
