Tender coconut kheer is a creative kheer(sweetened milk) recipe with tender coconut pulp added to the milk during boiling. The tender coconut are cooked with sugar, elaichi powder in the coconut milk to prepare an awesome coconut kheer.

2 tender coconut
1 tin of condensed milk
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar (if needed)
Method
- Break the coconuts and reserve water.scoop out the pulp from both coconuts and keep aside.
- Boil the milk and cool thoroughly.
- Blend together the coconut water, condensed milk, milk and sugar and chill.
- At servinng time, chop the pulp and put it in the kheer.
- Serve chilled.
