Tic-toc-red recipe - How to make Tic-toc-red

1 bowl of leftover rice (chawal)
1 big beetroot, boiled and mashed
3 potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 medium sized onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 cup semolina (rava)
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp chaat masala
200 gms crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
salt and pepper powder to taste
oil to fry
Method
- Mix onion ,tomatoes,
- Corriander,chillipowder,
- Corriander powder,ajwain,
- Ginger-garlic paste,(paneer)chat masala,potatoes,beet,
- Salt & pepper.
- Put all the mixture in the rice and mash it well by hands
- Make flat balls & shape it
- In heart shape using shaper
- Apply samoline & deep fry them.
- To garnish it put sauce & fresh cream.
- Serve hot.
