Tomato Kosambari recipe - How to make Tomato Kosambari

2 tomatoes
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 onion
2 green chillies
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
Method
- Grate carrots
- Chop all the vegetables
- Mix well the vegetables into the bowl with salt
- Add green chillies chopped
- Then add sugar and curd, mix it well
- Lastly garnish with coriander leaves.
