Makes 6 to 8 servings
8 oz frozen lemonade
2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
1 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
3 cups chilled water or sparkling water
Method
- Method
- In blender, liquify lemonade, watermelon and mint.
- In large chilled pitcher, add to cold water or sparkling water.
- Serve in tall glasses and garnish with whatever tropical fruit you have on a stick; e. g. , pineapple chunks, honeydew and cantelope balls, papaya pieces.
