Tukda is a traditional snack recipe prepared from a maida based dough. The tukdi is crispy , fluffy and quite simple fried snack recipe which can be stored in air tight containers and enjoyed for weeks.

2 cups plain flour (maida)
1/4 cup ghee
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
a pinch of baking soda
oil to fry
Method
- Combine all the ingredients except oil to form soft dough.
- Prepare dough as u prepare for chappathis and roll it into square chappatis.
- Cut the chappati into small diamond chips and fry it in oil, till they puff up and become crisp.
- Store it in air-tight jar.
