5 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
6 tsp sugar
1 lemon
6 cloves (laung / lavang) and cinnamon (dalchini)
Method
- Powder the sauf in mixture.
- Boil 4 cup of water.
- Add cloves,cinnamom and sugar and boil it.
- When it starts boiling. take away from gas.
- Cool the boiled water and add
- Powdered variali.
- Put crushed ice in a tall glasses.
- Now strain the variali liquid.
- And full the glasses with it.
- Decorate with lemon slice.
