Veg Paneer Korma recipe - How to make Veg Paneer Korma

Makes 4 to 6 servings
200 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
oil for cooking
5-6 clove (laung / lavang)
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
3-4 cardamom (elaichi)
2 bay leaves
4 basil
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 cup cream
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp aniseeds
3-4 tomato
20 gms green peas
Method
- Method
- Heat the pan and add 3 tsp of oil.
- Add cloves, pepper, basil , bay leaves ,cardamom and tomato paste.
- Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
- Fry the peas and add them in the gravy.
- Grate some paneer and cut some paneer into pieces.
- Add the paneer in the gravy and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the cream, mix well and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
