Makes 4 to 6 servings
To Be Blended For The Pasta Sauce
1 bunch basil leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
chilli flakesas per taste
1 cup pinenuts (chilgoza) or walnuts (akhrot)
2 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt as per taste
Other Ingredients
olive oil for cooking
2 onions , chopped
1 carrot , chopped
1 red capsicum , chopped
1 yellow capsicum , chopped
7 to 8 broccoli florets
1/2 cup baby corn , cut into halves
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 cup parmesan cheese finely grated
2 cups pasta , cooked
Method
- Method
- Heat the oil in a broad pan, add the onions and saute on a medium flame for few minutes, Add the garlic, carrot, red and yellow capsicum, baby corn and brocolli and cook on a medium flame till the vegetables becomes tender.
- Add the prepared sauce, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the pasta along with 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Remove from the flame and transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top it with remaining parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for another 10 to 15 mins to form a crisp crust.
- Serve immediately.
