Vegetable Chowder Soup recipe - How to make Vegetable Chowder Soup

Makes 4 servings
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped potatoes
1/4 cup chopped french beans
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
3 cups basic white stock
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1 1/2 cups white sauce
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Method
- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
- Add all the vegetables and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the white stock, salt and pepper powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the white sauce and parsley, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
This soup i have enjoyed the most the stock added.. to the soup just makes the soup much more tasty..
