3/4 cup grated cabbage
3/4 cup grated carrot
3/4 cup grated radish (mooli)
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
for tempering
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
Method
- Mix together grated cabbage, carrots and raddish.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds to prepare tempering.
- Pour tempering over the vegatebles and add salt and lime juice.
