Method

  1. Mix all the vegetables, cream and cheese and masalas together in a bowl.
  2. Ensure that the vegetables are coated with the cream and cheese, if not you could add some more cheeseor cheese spread.
  3. Divide this into two portions and place one portion betweeen two slices of bread and grill using butter to grease.
  4. Grill till light brown and serve with tomato sauce.
