2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
2 tsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
2 tsp semolina (rava)
1 cup milk
FOR FILLING
mashed potato or mashed paneer (cottage cheese) or any vegitable you like
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
chilli powder to taste
salt to taste
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)

- Method
- Mix maida,basan and suji with the milk properly,if need u can mix little water also and keep aside, then make mixture for filling.
- In a nonstic pan or tawa put drops of oil and then put mixture of maida,basan and suji with small size katori and spread on the tawa
- Then fill the mixture and roll it , same way u can make other also.
