Makes 4 serving
3 pizza base
2 cups hung curds (dahi)
3 cups mayonnaise
2 cups chopped mixed vegetables
3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
10-12 cherry tomatoes
1 cup sliced cucumber
1 cup sliced carrots
1 tsp curry powder
For The Syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
parsley for garnishing
Method
- Method
- Slice the pizza base in 2 like a cake base
- In a bowl,mix veggies ,mayonnaise ,coriander,pepper and mix well.
- Add the lemon juice and salt and keep aside.
- Take a base and brush the lemon syrup on the base.
- Divide the veggi mixture in 5 parts .
- Spread the one part on the pizza base and cover with another base and do same with all like a cake .
- At last place last pizza base on the cake .
- In a bowl ,add curd and curry masala and mix it well. It's like a icing of cake
- Take 1/2 cup of icing and keep aside for decoration.
- Cover the cake with curd icing and fill the piping bag with 1/2 cup of curd icing with star nozzle.
- Make 10-12 stars on the top of the cake.
- Place a cherry tomato on all stars .
- Place the carrot slice on the center space of the cake.
- Place the cucumber slices on the wall of the cake and place parsley in the center of the cake
- Place in fridge for 1/2 hour and enjoy it.
