Makes 1 serving
For Pakoras
1 potato (cut into thin slices)
1/4 cup buckwheat (kutto or kutti no daro) flour
water for making batter
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
For The Kadhi
1 cup curds (dahi)
3 cups of water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp buckwheat (kutto or kutti no daro) flour
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp ginger- green chilli paste
a few curry leaves (kadi patta)

- Mix atta and water to make a batter of falling consistency.Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat oil for frying.Dip potato slices in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
For the Kadhi

- Combine the curd,water,salt,sugar,and kuttu ka atta.
- Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Add ginger-green chilli paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the curd mixture and continue stirring.Simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Add pakoras and give it 2-3 boils.Serve hot.
