Here is different kind of raita with the combination of curd,green grapes and walnut. Succulent grapes that look like green jewels makes this raita truly inviting.

Makes 4 servings
25 to 30 green grapes , halved
1/4 cup walnuts (akhrot) , chopped
2 cups curds (dahi) , whisked
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
a pinch of red chilli powder
For Garnishing
few chopped walnuts (akhrot)
Method
- Method
- Whisk the curds in a large bowl with salt, sugar and cumin powder.
- Add the grapes, walnuts and mint and mix gently.
- Place in refrigerator to chill.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder.
- Serve chilled garnished with chopped walnuts.
