Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 3 to 4 dosa

Ingredients

1 cup wheat (gehun)
salt to taste
oil for cooking

Method
    Method
  1. Wash and soak the wheat for 6 hours.
  2. Drain the water and grind in to smooth batter using water as per required.
  3. Add salt and mix it gently.
  4. Heat a non-stick tawa and pour a spoonful of batter and spread it clockwise to make a thin round dosa.
  5. Add little oil around the dosa and cook till crisp.
  6. Serve immediately.

Note:

    Note:
  1. You can add red chillies and curry leaves at the time of grinding to add some flavour to it.
