Fruit and yoghurt, frozen to make a healthy ice-cream which your kids are sure to love.

Yoghurt Lollies recipe - How to make Yoghurt Lollies

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 6 lollies.

Ingredients


1 cup fresh low fat curds (dahi)
1 cup mango or strawberry puree
3 to 4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Method
    Main Procedure
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a liquidiser and blend into a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour into plastic lolly moulds and freeze for 6 to 8 hours till firm.
  3. Insert wooden ice-cream sticks into the frozen lollies and unmould.
  4. Serve immediately.

Tips
  1. You can use kulfi moulds instead of lolly moulds for freezing these lollies.
