Makes 2 cups
250 gms hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tsp green chilli paste or 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
1 tbsp tomato ketchup (optional)

- Method
- Mix all the ingredients well and add little milk if too thick.
- Two dips can be made out of this, one without tomato ketchup and one adding tomato ketchup.
