Yogurt Dip recipe - How to make Yogurt Dip

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

250 gms hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1 tsp green chilli paste or 1 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
1 tbsp tomato ketchup (optional)

Method
    Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients well and add little milk if too thick.
  2. Two dips can be made out of this, one without tomato ketchup and one adding tomato ketchup.
