Makes 4 serving
2 zucchini
1/2 small bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
10 to 12 mint
2 tbsp whisked curds (dahi)
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing
Method
- Method
- Peel Zucchini and pumpkin and remove seeds (from Pumpkin).
- Grate the zucchini and pumpkin.
- Mix both Zucchini and Pumpkin.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the mint, lemon and lemon zest.
- Mix well and garnish the salad with curd and coriander.
