Makes 4 to 5 kababs
3 mashed potatoes
1 chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
2 chopped green chillies
2 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
oil for deep-frying

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and roll into small balls.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, and deep-fry the kababs till they turns golden-brown from all the sides.
- Remove on an asorbent paper and serve hot.
