  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and roll into small balls.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai, and deep-fry the kababs till they turns golden-brown from all the sides.
  4. Remove on an asorbent paper and serve hot.

Easy and an astonishingly delicious recipe for vegetarian kebabs! Loved the crisp exterior and the soft interior of the balls! I served it with mustard and everyone loved it!!
