  1. Cut the potatoes into 1" cubes and cauliflower into flowrets.
  2. Put the potatoes and cauliflower along with 3 tbsp water in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for about 4-5 mins.
  3. Heat the oil in a non stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
  4. When the seeds crackle, add the potato and cauliflower along with all the masalas, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add a little water and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle coriander and serve hot.
