Makes 4 servings
4 large potatoes
1 cauliflower
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste

- Method
- Cut the potatoes into 1" cubes and cauliflower into flowrets.
- Put the potatoes and cauliflower along with 3 tbsp water in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for about 4-5 mins.
- Heat the oil in a non stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the potato and cauliflower along with all the masalas, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add a little water and mix well.
- Sprinkle coriander and serve hot.
