Aloo ka Dosa recipe - How to make Aloo ka Dosa

4 raw potatoes (grated)
3 green chillies
1/2 cup roasted and chopped peanuts
2 tbsp scrapped coconut
few cashewnuts (kaju) or raisins (kismis)
2 tbsp green coriander (dhania) / mint leaves (phudina)
black pepper (kalimirch) powder as needed
salt - to taste
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
ghee to prepare dosas
Method
- Grate the potatoes , add all the ingredients and mix them well .
- Now heat the tava and put some ghee on it .
- Take apprx one cup of the potatoes and spread it on the tave to make a roti like shape by hand . make small hole in the centre and around . dripp ghee into the holes and cover with a lid and allow to cook on slow flame ...let the crust be golden brown then turn to the other side and cook the same .
