8 medium sized boiled potatoes
sweet tamrind chutney
spicy Green Chutney
4 to 6 tbsp sev
2 tbsp Boondi
chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
FOR THE TAMARIND CHUTNEY
100 gms tamarind (imli)
2 tbsp jaggery (gur)
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
a pinch of dried ginger (soonth) powder
FOR THE GREEN CHUTNEY
1 small bunch of coriander (dhania)
1 small bunch of mint leaves (phudina)
4 tbsp peanuts
2 tbsp lemon juice
6 green chillies
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste

Method for sweet chutney :-
Method for green chutney :-
- A. cut boiled potatoes into inch rounds shaped evenly.
- Spread the tamarind chutney.
- Put green chutney on top of it. d. top it with bhelpuri sev and boondi.
- Give it a final tinch with chopped green coriander a mouth watering and filling snack which consumes very less time to prepare .

- Soak the tamarind with jaggery for an hour.
- Grind it in a mixer.
- Seive the above.
- Boil it with rest of the ingredients till it reaches to a thick consistency.
