Amras is a lip smacking sweetened mango pulp recipe which is very popular in Maharashtra and Gujarat. The pulp of a ripe mango fruit is extracted and sweetened and then served with poories or as a dessert.

1/2 tin condensed milk
3 mangoes
1 cup milk
Method
- Peel mangoes and remove the pulp.
- Mash the pulp well with the hand or blend coarsely.
- Add condensed milk and cold milk. chill.
- Serve well chilled.
