Bircher Muesli with Figs recipe - How to make Bircher Muesli with Figs

Ingredients

muesli
apple juice
1 cup low fat curds
3/4 cup low fat milk
3/4 cup chopped dried figs (anjeer)
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup toasted almond (badam) slivers
3 fresh figs (anjeer) , quartered

Method
    Method
  1. Combine muesli, apple juice, yoghurt, milk, dried figs and honey in a medium bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Spoon muesli mixture into bowls.
  4. Serve with nuts and fresh figs.
