Bread Gulab Jamun recipe - How to make Bread Gulab Jamun

Makes 4 servings
4 bread slices
3 to 4 tsp milk
2 tbsp grated mava (khoya)
2 tsp chopped mixed nuts
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp powdered cardamoms
4 to 5 saffron (kesar) strands strands
ghee for cooking
sugar syrup as needed
Method
- Method
- In a non stick pan, heat the khoya and saute for few minutes.
- Add the sugar, nuts, cardamom powder and saute for 1 minute.
- Take milk in a bowl, out the bread slice in milk and squeeze well.
- Fill the stuffing in the bread slice and seal the edges of the bread properly.
- Heat the ghee in a kadhai and deep fry the gulab jamuns till they turn golden brown.
- Put them in sugar syrup.
- Serve warm.
